The Don’ts
- Don’t drink Alcohol
- Don’t rely on Caffeine
- Don’t exercise for Weight Loss
- Cut down on Unhealthy Habits
- Less intake of High Glycemic Index or GI Foods, like processed foods and sugar
- Eat small frequent meals instead of 3 Large ones to avoid morning sickness
